Care & Maintenance
  • Use a mild detergent or specific stone soap mixed with warm water and a soft rag to gently clean the stone.  Rinse thoroughly and avoid using excess cleaner as it streaks after drying.

  • Avoid scouring powders &  creams which contain abrasives that will scratch stone.
  • Minimize soap scum in bath area by squeegeeing stone after each use. Remove soap scum with a non-acidic soap or a mixture of ammonia & water(1/2 cup ammonia to 1 gallon water).
  • Consistently use coasters or trivets under all dishware, particularly those containing citrus juices & alcohol as the can etch and dull stones.
  •  Granite is highly heat resistant.  We recommend using hot pads and trivets on your counters before placing extremely hot items directly on its surface.
